We are able to seize goods and chattels under this act in the same way that the P.P.S.A. provides security to a credit grantor. A work/repair order with the proper wording can be used to have a chattel seized that has been repaired, and or stored, without full payment of the outstanding amount. There is a certain criteria that has to be met however.
