Bailiffs are able to seize goods and chattels under this act in the same way that the P.P.S.A. provides security to a credit grantor. A work/repair order with the proper wording can be used to have a chattel seized that has been repaired, and or stored, without full payment of the outstanding amount being satisfied. There is certain criterion that has to be met however. We are not currently doing seizures under the R.S.L.A.
